Be advised: Marie Savart Illustrations products are personalized and therefore cannot be returned.

The products offered are those which appear on the site.www.mariesavart.com  from Marie Savart Illustrations, within the limits of available stocks. Marie Savart Illustrations reserves the right to modify the assortment of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description summarizing its main technical characteristics and the possibilities of customizing these products. Customization options are described in a clear and precise manner for all products. It is up to the buyer to choose the options of his product.

In the event that a buyer's error is noted at the time of receipt of the order (omission, typing error, etc.), it is advisable to inform the owners of Marie Savart Illustrations in order to find a solution together. Additional costs are to be expected for this case.

In the event that an error by the company Marie Savart Illustrations is noted upon receipt of the order (omission, fault, etc.), the buyer should notify the owners of Marie Savart Illustrations in order to verify the error. , correct it and return the product at no additional cost.

Payment

The payment of the order contained in the basket is made immediately on the internet, according to the instructions given by the Site, during the process of validation of the order.

The payment of the order is made in euros and by card or bank transfer or paypal.

Marie Savart Illustrations retains full ownership of the Products until full collection of the sums due by the Customer. 

Marie Savart Illustrations will not deliver the order if payment of the full price is not effective.

 

Shipping Policy

Delivery is made to the postal address provided when ordering by the buyer.  

On the date hereof, Marie Savart Illustrations uses the follow-up letter post service and COLISSIMO set up by La Poste.

For products with optional customization, the delivery time is 20 working days.

For products with special customization request (addition of customization option, announcement, or any other specific request) the delivery time is extended to 4 weeks.

The company Marie Savart Illustrations can in no way be held responsible for the delivery problems of the chosen service provider.

 

Return / exchange

Marie Savart Illustrations products are personalized and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

We work according to the requests of each client. Each order is unique, so withdrawal is not permitted. Once the order has been validated and paid, it is firm and definitive.

 

Intellectual property and copyright.

Any media / product created by Marie Savart Illustrations under a contract, including but not limited to patterns, illustrations, posters, sketches, photographs or film or any other surprise material or product, remains the property of Marie Savart Illustrations, regardless of it does not matter whether it has been handed over to the contracting party or another third party, unless previously agreed.

Any media / product created by Marie Savart Illustrations under a contract, including but not limited to patterns, illustrations, posters, sketches, photographs or film or any other surprise material or product, must be used exclusively by the contracting party and must not be reproduced, published or otherwise transmitted to third parties without the express consent of Marie Savart Illustrations, unless the nature of the medium provided implies otherwise.

Marie Savart Illustrations reserves the right to use any information obtained through the sending of orders, insofar as this confidential information is not shared with third parties.

Everything on the site is the exclusive property of Marie Savart Illustrations and no element may therefore be reproduced or published in any way whatsoever without the formal written authorization of Marie Savart Illustrations.

Litigation
